When we allow ourselves to feel our rage, we shift our own energetics to create much more clarity and power in how we communicate and how others experience us. Sometimes, you don’t even have to verbally communicate your boundaries for them to be felt.
Rage = Refinement. You want fresh energy in your life or to see something in a new way, FEEL YOUR RAGE. When we allow ourselves to fully experience this emotion somatically, MAGIC happens.
